2009 has been an exciting year for Axess Systems, capped off by winning the CRN Channel Award for Specialist Reseller of the Year. However, we want 2010 to be even better, and to achieve this, we are currently looking to add to our sales team. Could it be you?

About you…
Are you currently a successful IT Sales Executive, and have a passion for developing your existing accounts and enjoy building relationships with new customers?

Can you draw upon a wealth of experience, working in a similar IT role, for either a Reseller or Distributor? Can you sell both products and services to people in who operate in both the public and private sector?

Perhaps you are currently working for a large corporate reseller, but are looking to be more than just a cog in a giant machine. Perhaps you are looking to work in an environment, which is fun…where you can create your own mark, yet be in a growing area of IT, and be well rewarded for your hard work.

Whatever your reason, we are looking for determined and motivated Sales Executives who want to be a success, to join our team.

What you need…
If you possess the following skills, then we would like to hear from you.

  1. Be able to listen and understand what your customer wants and be able to draw together information from a variety of sources, from our technical and marketing teams.
  2. Be a quick learner – whilst we are not necessarily looking for people with Virtualisation qualifications from the leading vendors such as Citrix, (if you do have them great!) but you will be expected to learn and study for these industry exams.
  3. Be motivated and a self-starter – we are looking for people who want to be successful.
  4. Have an eye for detail - taking care and being professional, thereby ensuring that Axess Systems maintains its high regard in the market place.

What we’ll provide…
With on target earnings of £40k, combined with a good basic salary, we will provide you with the opportunity to join a motivated and passionate company, who are determined to make their mark in the world of Virtualisation.

We will provide you with relevant training, which we will tailor to your needs and requirements, and provide you with a working environment where you can grow and develop.

Working for our Sales Manager, the role will be focussed on maintaining and building a portfolio of customers, along with developing new enquiries supplied by the marketing team.

This focus has naturally evolved since we started out in business nearly ten years ago, when our founder saw the benefits that organisations could achieve by implementing Server Based Computing. From these beginnings, we have now grown and evolved with the technology, to become a respected value adding reseller in this specialist discipline.
