01 Dec Introducing our New Marketing Executive – Welcome, Simone! 

We are thrilled to announce that we have been able to add further to our team at our Head Office in Derbyshire, with the appointment of Simone Fisher as our Marketing Executive.

Commenting on the appointment, Heath Roberts, Operations and Marketing Director, said, “What has struck us throughout the selection process about Simone is her enthusiasm and attitude. She’s an incredibly positive person, she’s proactive, and she’s willing to learn and develop herself. So, I know she has all the qualities needed to be a resounding success.”

Graduating in 2019 with a degree in Business Marketing and Management from Nottingham Trent University sparked a love for the ever-evolving challenges of marketing, creating campaigns which influence and drive buying behaviour.

Unfortunately for Simone, her graduation fell just at the start of the pandemic, which meant opportunities to utilise her studies were in short supply.

Undeterred, Simone took a position in the NHS at the peak of the pandemic, which, as you can imagine, meant she had to demonstrate incredible resilience and an ability to adapt, learn and keep a positive attitude.

Even while working within the NHS was rewarding, Simone’s interest in marketing was undiminished.

So, while having to bide her time before embarking on her first marketing position, her drive ‘not to give up’ has led her to join the Axess Systems Team.

And we’re excited to watch her grow and be a success.

Commenting on her appointment, Simone commented, “I’ve always been someone who places people and their feelings at the core of my focus. So, connecting with people face-to-face or through the written word and engaging with them is just one of the skill sets I possess. I have the skills and knowledge to be a success in marketing, and now I can demonstrate what I can do; I really can’t wait to make the most of it”.
