Your Citrix Performance Health Check will be undertaken by one of our experienced in-house Citrix consultants.

Experienced, and certified they will audit your Citrix environment and provide you with an expert opinion on where you can improve and optimise your Citrix infrastructure performance.

Your Citrix Performance Health Check will consist of three phases:

1. Discover

2. Analyse

3. Findings

Here’s the three steps we use to deliver your Citrix Performance Health Check

1. Discover

Your Citrix Performance Health Check will start with a discovery exercise. Via a ‘GoToMeeting’ our Citrix consultant will discuss with your Citrix infrastructure with you. They will go through the challenges you are facing and any particular aspects you want to focus.

A Discovery Questionnaire will be completed as part of this phase and will detail aspects such as management procedures and processes.

2. Analyse

Following the Discovery Phase, our Citrix Consultants will then go about analysing your Citrix infrastructure. They will dig into your systems and will assess against Citrix best practice in the following areas:

– Resource allocation
– Hypervisor configuration
– Patching and release review
– End user experience review (reduce on-screen noise)
– Database and zone connectivity
– Architecture review

3. Presentation of Findings

Following the Analysis phase, which typically runs for three working days, you will receive a report detailing the status of your Citrix farm and recommendations. It will highlight specific aspects where you can improve performance and reliability.

The consultant will then call you to discuss the findings and recommendations. This also provides you with the opportunity to ask any questions about your Citrix infrastructure.
