Implementing a comprehensive backup system is probably not on the top of your to-do list, as there’s always something else which takes priority.
But our Backup as a Service is perfect if you want to get backups off your to-do list and get back to work on more exciting and value-adding projects.
The simple truth is you’re not going to get a promotion for implementing a backup system. But if something goes awry such as a ransomware attack and you don’t have a comprehensive backup in place, it is going to be career limiting.
The benefits you will enjoy by implementing Backup as a Service from Axess Systems are:
It’s quick to set up. You can be up and running within two working days.
It’s cost-effective; prices start from £142.50 per month, and you only ever pay for the amount of data you need protecting.
It’s highly efficient. With your backups operating 24/7, you’ll save time and shorten your backup window.
It’s compliant. Your data is always cited in the UK and will not be replicated outside of UK borders.
It’s secure and reliable. End-to-end encryption secures data during backup, both in-flight and at rest. And all policies and procedures are underwritten by our certified ISO27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS).

What data do you want to protect and in the event of a failure, recover?
Data protection is more than just backup. When you work with Axess Systems, we will ensure your data is recoverable, accessible quickly to those who need it, and secure.
We’ll work with you to identify the types of data which you want to protect as part of your service. And work aligned with your policies and procedures for retention and accessibility.
How much data do you want to protect?
We’ll work with you to understand how much data you want to protect every month.
Where do you want your backup located – On-premises, cloud or private cloud?
You may think Backup as a Service is only available as part of cloud service, and that is the default option.
But if your policies and governance state no data should leave your premises we can deploy a backup on one of your secondary sites with the use of an appliance.
And if you want the ultimate assurance of off-site data protection, we can also provide you with a dedicated Private Cloud.
Please note for dedicated private cloud and on-premises installations different Service Guarantees apply.
Who do you want to manage and administer your backup and data protection? Self-service or operated by Axess Systems?
You also have the choice of who you want to manage and administer your Backup as a Service. You can choose from a self-service portal, or utilise the Cloud Support Engineers from Axess Systems to do this all for you.

You can utilise the expertise of our cloud support engineer to complete the initial seeding and conversion of your data into the backup service.
